HOW TO ORDER

Ordering food from Gourmet Fayre couldn’t be simpler; you can order online, by mail or call one of our friendly team and order over the telephone.

ONLINE ORDERING

Selecting the items you wish to purchase is very simple with our website; you can search for certain items via the product categories on the left hand side or by typing a product into the search box at the top of the screen.
To add a product to your shopping basket you can either press the buy now button or the add to basket button, this will than add the product to your basket.
Once you are happy with the products in your basket click the go to check out button. You will now be asked to either log in or register. You will be able to review and amended the products in your basket in the next stage.
After logging in or registering you will be able to review the products in your basket, changing the products or quantities.
Once you are happy with the products in your basket you will need to select a delivery date at a convenient time for you. All orders will be delivered before 12 noon.
Next simply confirm your delivery address and let us know of any special delivery instructions, i.e, leave in the garage or with neighbour at number 10.00.
To make payment you will be transferred to our RBS World pay secure payment screen. Simply follow the on screen instructions.
Should you encounter any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us. Within 48 hours of receiving your goods one of our customer service team will call you to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
